What you will do

• Manage Canva Vietnam's social media strategy end-to-end, from ideation through publishing and reporting.
• Develop trend-driven content playbooks for TikTok and Instagram Reels leveraging Vietnamese cultural moments.
• Produce a local content library, including shooting, editing, and appearing on-camera.
• Localize global campaigns to build cultural relevance for Vietnamese educators, SMEs, and creators.
• Partner with the UGC team to expand Canva's reach via a local creator and influencer network.
• Set up a performance measurement framework and deliver final insights and handover reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing focused on content creation and growth.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese digital culture, trends, and the creator ecosystem.
• Hands-on ability to shoot, edit, and design assets using Canva.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of iterating content based on performance data.
• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Must be located in Ho Chi Minh City to ensure effective team collaboration.
