What you will do

• Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of technical Solutions Architects focused on migration and modernization.
• Lead pre-sales activities, including designing solutions, roadmaps, and technical proposals for key customer opportunities.
• Drive operational excellence by aligning resources, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes.
• Recruit and develop top-tier technical talent through individual development plans and career growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by presenting technical solutions and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate across internal business units to drive capabilities and share best practices in cloud and data center domains.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of combined experience in consulting pre-sales or delivery, including leadership or management roles.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud, Data Center, Virtualization, and Enterprise architectures.
• Proven experience with complex Cloud and Data Center Migration projects.
• Experience with Microsoft and AWS migration funding programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead in a matrixed environment.
