What you will do

• Lead technical architecture design for modernization projects, including cloud, applications, and infrastructure.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial scoping and PoC framing to final delivery.
• Create and review Statements of Work (SoW), including effort estimation and dependency mapping.
• Act as a subject matter expert and technical leader for client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Apply hirify.global Agentic AI Framework (KAF) and AI solutions to modernize client environments.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, and COE teams to ensure successful pursuit and execution.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least one technology domain: Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, or Network & Edge.
• Proven experience in designing technical solutions, scoping, and effort estimation.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to articulate technical value and narrative.
• Experience with modernization sub-domains such as SDLC transformation, platform engineering, or data center networks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Mexico City.
• Growth mindset with a focus on customer success and inclusive collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs.
• Exposure to both consultative solutioning and delivery environments.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Professional Architect, or CKA.
