What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market-driven search strategies.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including ATS screening, qualification evaluations, and interview coordination.
• Articulate the company value proposition and coach candidates on interview logistics and expectations.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines while providing regular reporting on recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil (preference for Londrina or Maringá).
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience focusing on blue-collar or manufacturing positions.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Management preferred.
