What you will do

• Coordinate and execute premium Daily Fantasy Sports live events for top customers.
• Manage vendor relationships and support the planning of large-scale events.
• Plan player itineraries to ensure smooth travel and hospitality experiences.
• Design internal and external events that showcase the hirify.global brand.
• Support production planning, including hotel sourcing and legal contract finalization.
• Represent the brand on-site during events to deliver high-quality hospitality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of event planning and management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with RFPs and legal contract negotiations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
