What you will do

• Design and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with comprehensive observability.
• Develop event-driven architectures and high-throughput pipelines for trade lifecycle management.
• Architect and implement production-grade AI solutions integrated into Java microservices.
• Orchestrate AI coding agents across the SDLC to comprehend large codebases and generate production-quality code.
• Partner with global stakeholders to digitize and modernize business processes.
• Manage the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis to release using Agile practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Java (17+).
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and governing AI agents.
• Experience building event-driven and distributed systems using platforms like Kafka.
• Strong SDLC practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
• Ability to navigate and debug large, unfamiliar codebases.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring Boot, gRPC, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
• Knowledge of financial services, trade lifecycles, or position management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and JVM tuning.
