What you will do

• Define and execute validation, characterization, and industrial manufacturability strategies for new IC products.
• Analyze semiconductor test data using statistical tools, Python, and machine learning to optimize yield and quality.
• Develop, maintain, and support in-house software tools for product engineering automation.
• Implement verification and validation (V&V) coverage and compliance matrices across different platforms.
• Drive zero-defect screening methods to meet market demands for high-quality automotive components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality targets.

Requirements

• MSc degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (fresh graduates with strong project portfolios are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with scripting languages like R or VB.
• Understanding of VLSI product development, electronic circuits, and layout design.
• Knowledge of data science, big data architectures, and machine learning/deep learning implementations.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.
