What you will do

• Translate roadmap and strategy into a prioritized and consistently groomed backlog.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to enable engineering with minimal friction.
• Own daily backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in partnership with engineers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the engineering team during sprints to resolve ambiguity.
• Validate completed work against acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA.
• Monitor TMS usage and performance metrics to identify risks, bugs, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business/Systems Analyst, or Associate Product Manager.
• Must be based in Tashkent or elsewhere in Central Asia.
• Flexibility to overlap with US working hours for standups, planning, and leadership syncs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven track record of working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Nice to have

• Background in transportation, logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup culture.
