What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes and recruitment strategies.
• Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social media, and deep web techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the search process.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for ongoing and future needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and accurate reporting of recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
• Proven expertise in GTM (Go-To-Market) recruitment for tech organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.
• Proficiency in deep web sourcing and advanced Boolean search language.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to navigate complex hiring conversations.
