Location: Must be based in Lviv, Ukraine. The role follows a hybrid work schedule (80/20 office/home until end of 2026, transitioning to primarily office-based in 2027).

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on project requirements.
• Execute manual testing to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Conduct regression testing to maintain software stability after changes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lviv or able to work from the office.
• Previous experience in manual testing or quality assurance within software development environments.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret software requirements and specifications.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Postman.
• Experience testing across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
