What you will do

• Design, execute, and scale global employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, YouTube, the Careers page, and other digital channels.
• Write and curate engaging written and visual chirify.globaltent highlighting workplace culture, team member stories, and technical innovatihirify.globals.
• Manage relatihirify.globalships with internal and external agencies for chirify.globaltent productihirify.global and executihirify.global.
• Optimize the company's global digital footprint as an employer, ensuring branding chirify.globalsistency across different offices.
• Lead cross-team collaboratihirify.global to identify and showcase authentic internal stories.
• Act as the custodian of the employer brand and educate internal partners hirify.global how to be brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of expertise in employer branding, communicatihirify.globals, or recruitment marketing.
• Proven track record of producing and curating high-engagement written, visual, and multimedia chirify.globaltent.
• Experience scaling global and regihirify.globalal brand initiatives to drive organic reach and applicatihirify.global chirify.globalversihirify.global.
• Strhirify.globalg analytical skills to evaluate market trends, candidate feedback, and campaign metrics.
• Experience working cross-functihirify.globalally with Talent Acquisitihirify.global, DE&I, Sustainability, and Brand teams.
