What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for technical and business-critical positions.
- Build and activate proactive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scopes, hiring criteria, and talent strategies.
- Deliver calibrated shortlists and a high-quality candidate experience through onboarding.
- Advise hiring managers on structured interviews, market intelligence, and objective evaluation.
- Track recruiting metrics and improve processes, employer branding, and talent community visibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, international technology environments.
- Experience hiring engineering, infrastructure, and security profiles across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Experience with regulated industries, including software, financial services, crypto, or fintech.
- Strong proactive sourcing, stakeholder influence, and cross-border hiring experience.
- Data-driven approach with knowledge of hiring velocity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Fluent English required; the role is on-site in Lugano, Switzerland.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or another EMEA language.
- Experience with Ashby or similar ATS and recruitment automation tools.
- Employer branding, talent marketing, or broader HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
