What you will do

• Evaluate, curate, and structure coins and bars auctions, ensuring authenticity and commercial appeal.
• Monitor spot prices, premiums, and macroeconomic drivers to adjust auction strategies and volumes.
• Negotiate with sellers to maximize revenue while maintaining platform integrity and buyer trust.
• Expand and activate a professional network of bullion dealers, mints, banks, and collectors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to plan growth campaigns and onboard high-potential leads.
• Analyze auction performance and buyer behavior to optimize pricing, timing, and submissions.

Requirements

• Expertise in modern coins, bullion, and precious metals, including knowledge of pricing and liquidity.
• Commercial experience in trading, buying, or selling coins in price-sensitive environments.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions based on precious metals market fluctuations.
• Strong existing network of dealers, traders, and professional collectors.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in one of the established hubs in Europe.
