D365 Finance & Operations Specialist (ERP Specialist)

What you will do

• Analyze, model, and improve business processes across the organization.
• Gather requirements and design scalable solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Drive automation, integration, and digitalization initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
• Support ERP operations, continuous improvement, user training, and day-to-day functional support.
• Collaborate on reporting, data quality, and business visibility initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with D365 Finance & Operations, AX 2012, or another enterprise ERP solution.
• Strong business analysis, process modeling, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Understanding of at least one business domain, such as P2P, O2C, R2R, or Inventory & Warehouse Management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, self-driven, continuously learning, and comfortable in a fast-changing international environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Power BI and analytics experience.
• Understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Familiarity with the D365FO data model and integrations.
• Technical or development experience within the Microsoft ecosystem.
