What you will do

• Drive execution of customer trust engagements to provide context on security and compliance posture.
• Partner with product, engineering, and security teams to design compliance frameworks that meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate security terms and enable contract reviews for EMEA customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on emerging regulatory positions impacting cloud service adoption.
• Coach and mentor field and security staff on customer security needs.
• Build and scale internal capabilities to streamline customer enablement interactions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security and Compliance.
• Customer-facing experience at a cloud provider or consulting firm.
• Experience with ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC2, CSA, or NIST frameworks.
• Architectural familiarity with IAM, data protection, and network security.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, CISA, or CISM.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, DORA, NIS 2, or the EU AI Act.
• Experience with financial services regulators (ECB, EBA, PRA, FCA).
• Familiarity with AI/ML security, model risk, and data pipeline governance.
• Experience negotiating security clauses in customer contracts.
