🚀 Middle Product Manager | iGaming | Remote
We are looking for an experienced Middle Product Manager to join our iGaming product team.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. We are looking for a versatile professional who can own the operational product backlog, translate business needs into clear product requirements, lead UI/UX initiatives, conduct product research, and collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to deliver product improvements.
What you'll do
Own and prioritize the operational product backlog from request to release.
Gather business requirements and prepare PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, User Flows, and other product documentation.
Work closely with development throughout planning, implementation, testing, and release management.
Lead the product side of the UI/UX redesign initiative by identifying user pain points, defining MVP scope, collaborating with designers, and measuring outcomes.
Conduct Product Research, including competitor analysis, user research, and product analytics.
Collaborate daily with Development, CRM, Support, VIP, Risk, Content, and other business stakeholders.
Turn QC findings into actionable product improvements and continuously optimize the product.
Mandatory requirements
✔️ At least 2 years of commercial Product Manager experience in the iGaming industry;
✔️ Experience managing B2C products;
✔️ Experience owning a product or a significant product area;
✔️ Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog;
✔️ Strong experience writing PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, User Flows, and Acceptance Criteria;
✔️ Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams;
✔️ Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and product analytics;
✔️ Proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
✔️ English level B2 or higher.
Nice to have
Experience conducting Product Research;
Experience with PostHog, Tableau, or Power BI;
Understanding of APIs and software development processes;
Experience working with AI tools.
Important
We are looking for a Product Manager who has experience making product decisions, managing product backlogs, working with multiple stakeholders, and taking features from discovery to release.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose background is primarily in:
Project Management;
Scrum Master;
Delivery Management without product ownership;
Business Analysis without product ownership;
Product Marketing or Growth Marketing.
