What you will do

• Build production-quality UI components and interactions using React Native.
• Partner with product designers to prototype, test, and iterate on UI concepts.
• Own and maintain the design system and component library for consistency.
• Bridge design and engineering by flagging feasibility issues and proposing technical solutions.
• Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across platforms.
• Evolve design-to-development workflows, including Figma handoff and design tokens.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in frontend or UI engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and UI iteration.
• Experience building and maintaining component or design systems.
• Proven track record of shipping polished, consumer-facing mobile products.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across design and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform libraries.
• Background as a designer who codes or an engineer with strong design sensibility.
• Familiarity with animation libraries like Reanimated or Lottie.
• Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer applications.
