What you will do
- Deliver accurate and efficient calculation work within the Pensions Administration team.
- Configure and code admin platforms to build optimized solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve system processes.
- Support the design and implementation of procedures for admin calculations.
- Ensure all work delivery adheres to governance frameworks and ISO27001 standards.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to improve team performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK with the ability to work from one of the specified office locations.
- Good understanding of DB/DC pension schemes and benefit calculation logic.
- Experience with relational databases and modern pensions administration systems.
- Programming experience or willingness to learn SQL, .NET, or VBA.
- Ability to interpret benefit specifications and translate them into technical calculations.
- Understanding of audit, testing, and sign-off processes.
