Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build and scale systems within the Customer Onboarding domain to handle high volumes of payments.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, user interfaces, and backend services across engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement large-scale features.
• Work with UI engineers to maintain design consistency and share knowledge.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems across the entire application stack.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in PHP/MySQL stacks combined with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment.
• Knowledge of modern queueing and caching systems such as RabbitMQ, Redis, or Kafka.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Europe or have the legal right to work in Italy (no relocation support for candidates outside Europe).
