Staff Lean Business Partner (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Diego, California or Mountain View, California

What you will do

• Lead Gembas and implement Rapid Improvement Events for hirify.global value streams.
• Coach teams to increase Lean maturity, focusing on Daily Management and Problem Solving.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops and document outcomes to drive process improvement.
• Deliver complex re-engineering, simplification, and standardization of global cross-functional processes.
• Develop the Continuous Improvement Transformation Community through workshops and training sessions.
• Implement Change Management strategies associated with LEAN implementations.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience driving large, cross-functional LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Management, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive track record implementing Lean Management Systems (Gemba, Standard Work, etc.).
• Strong facilitation skills for managing senior stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
• Must be located in San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA.

Nice to have

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci - ADKAR, Kotter).
• Knowledge and understanding of high technology and software industry business models.
