What you will do

• Define and lead the communications strategy across all markets in lockstep with the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead press and media relations, building relationships with top-tier journalists and managing agency partners.
• Own the company's social presence and tone of voice to attract talent and partners.
• Design and execute internal communication rituals for a distributed team across five markets.
• Translate complex technical and operational business aspects into simple, memorable narratives for various stakeholders.
• Manage a direct report and orchestrate a network of agencies to ensure a coherent brand story.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in communications (PR, social media, and internal comms) within a scale-up or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record as a storyteller with work that shifted market perception.
• Hands-on experience managing PR and media relations across multiple international markets.
• Experience building internal communications for distributed teams.
• Ability to operate directly with CEO and leadership to translate strategy into messaging.
• Fluency in English is required.
