What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain GCP cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins for reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support platforms built on Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and BigQuery.
• Modernize hybrid infrastructure, including legacy Windows Server, Oracle, and AWS environments.
• Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Advanced expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (state management, drift detection).
• Production experience managing Kubernetes environments (GKE preferred).
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Bash.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Windows Server administration.
• Knowledge of Auth0, OIDC, or modern identity management solutions.
• Experience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization practices.
• Background in supporting large-scale analytics or data platform infrastructure.
