What you will do

• Manage transactional procurement activities for assigned business units, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and invoice payments.
• Guide internal stakeholders on procurement policies, systems, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice procedures.
• Review requisitions, validate pricing and contract compliance, and resolve invoice matching exceptions with Accounts Payable.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery commitments, invoice accuracy, pricing, and supplier relationships.
• Extract and analyze spend data from internal databases and vendor files to produce reports and recommendations.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, competitive bid analysis, supplier negotiations, UAT activities, and procurement improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, materials management, or a related function involving RFP processes.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing methodologies, processes, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting, plus strong analytical, numeracy, and technical accounting skills.
• Ability to identify financial or process issues, prioritize multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement systems such as PeopleSoft or Coupa is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with LEAN, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
