What you will do

• Develop strategies to acquire and close key strategic logos.
• Build trusted relationships with CX, Product, and Operations leaders.
• Uncover expansion opportunities by understanding customer business challenges and priorities.
• Collaborate with founders and engineering to deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue while executing detailed account plans.
• Provide product feedback to leadership to shape the company roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of growing revenue with large, complex accounts.
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with C-suite executives.
• Consultative selling approach focused on value-based solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from offices in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, or Sweden.
