What you will do

• Provide clear direction, priorities, and mentorship to the QA team to foster career growth.
• Collaborate with Production to determine task priorities and establish project Test Plans and schedules.
• Take responsibility for successful testing and defect reporting, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Work closely with outsource vendors to execute the overall Test Plan and Strategy.
• Manage team capacity and optimize resource allocation based on production priorities.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as defect closure rates, test coverage, and release stability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Vancouver and work on-site 5 days a week
• 7+ years of Triple A Game testing experience across the full development cycle.
• 5+ years of experience specifically testing Live Services games.
• Proven experience in leading and managing both internal and external QA teams.
• Strong technical proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and test script management tools.
• High school diploma.
