What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of concession and derogation processes for US and Canada markets.
• Monitor and analyze consumer feedback and complaints to identify quality and food safety risks.
• Ensure local implementation of global risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee QFS logistics, including product traceability, withdrawal, and recall systems.
• Conduct training for sales teams on quality standards and food safety practices.
• Report KPIs and QFS risks to senior leadership to ensure transparency and brand integrity.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Quality scope, specifically in Consumer Voice, Market Quality, or Risk/Compliance Management.
• Proven strategic mindset with servant leadership capabilities.
• Mastery of QFS systems and program management.
• Ability to drive change and solve complex problems using data-driven insights.
• Must be eligible to work in the US/Canada and able to commute to a hirify.global hub 3 days per week.
