What you will do

• Consult on customer strategic objectives to define plans for analytics program success and desired outcomes.
• Deliver packaged services for analytics readiness, rollout planning, and adoption support.
• Develop and present executive-level analysis and narratives that drive business impact for key stakeholders.
• Coach customers on change management tactics, process mapping, and stakeholder assessments.
• Enable internal HR teams, such as HRBPs, to unlock the potential of workforce analytics.
• Contribute to the collective knowledge base and hirify.global community by sharing industry best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an HR-related profession, including large-scale change management projects.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic internal or external consulting focusing on organizational structure and workforce intelligence.
• Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning and the practical application of people analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Strong ability to translate overarching business goals into actionable talent strategies using data-driven insights.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for communicating with C-level executives.
• Advanced project management and prioritization skills to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
