What you will do

• Analyze pricing and reimbursement data to generate strategic insights and visual presentations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop tailored solutions for client challenges.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Act as Project Lead on small-scale projects, guiding junior team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth.
• Mentor and coach junior employees to foster professional growth within the team.

Requirements

• MSc in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in Pricing & Reimbursement or Health Economics across major markets.
• Proven ability to build evidence-based value propositions and understand P&R and HTA submissions.
• Business-level fluency in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel with advanced formulas).
• Strong project management experience leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese.
• PhD in a relevant scientific, medical, or economic discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of P&R systems within at least one APAC country.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
