What you will do

• Provide governance and control advice/support to management and teams for assigned business/function areas.
• Lead implementation of governance and control initiatives aligned with business/function strategy.
• Review processes and controls, identify and connect issues/control deficiencies to improve standardization.
• Support integrated implementation of policies/processes/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas.
• Conduct research and deliver materials/presentations to management or broader audiences.
• Act as a project lead/SME for medium-scale initiatives, including planning, testing, and supporting implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control procedures, strategies, and tactics.
• Broad and deep knowledge of the business risk and control environment.
• Proficiency in governance, risk, and control procedures, and understanding of current and emerging trends.
• Strong analytical skills using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form and collaborate across stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
