Enrollment Specialist Manager

What you will do

• Directly manage, coach, and develop 3–5 Enrollment Specialist Team Leads and be accountable for 30–50 Enrollment Specialists’ performance (enrollment volume, conversion, and quality).
• Own enrollment operations by understanding workflows and systems, resolving edge cases and member escalations, monitoring the enrollment queue, and removing operational bottlenecks.
• Revamp and design workflows with cross-functional partners, and lead change management with clear communication protocols.
• Partner with Quality, Training & Enablement to close skill gaps, connect QA findings to training, and ensure new hires ramp effectively during their first 90 days.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and lead testing/piloting of new approaches to increase member enrollment rates.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing and coaching teams; ideally experience managing managers in addition to individual contributors.
• Proven ability to build, improve, and maintain operational processes and documentation with a bias for simplicity and effectiveness.
• Cross-functional leadership experience, including influencing, project management, and clear communication.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and scaling in fast-paced environments or startups.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure success and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating training and presenting results to leadership.
