Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Remote or hybrid work options available

What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions and technical design for computer vision and multimodal ML systems
• Mentor and grow senior and junior machine learning engineers
• Drive implementation of novel ML approaches and ensure technical excellence
• Optimize model performance and establish frameworks for evaluation and deployment
• Lead technical discussions and foster a culture of engineering excellence

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI
• Deep expertise in computer vision and deep learning
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
