What you will do

• Establish and grow the Application Security practice and define standards for commercial customers.
• Educate client software engineering teams on cybersecurity best practices and overall security posture.
• Design and implement secure-by-design solutions across the full application security lifecycle.
• Lead, hire, and manage teams of Application Security Engineers and Architects.
• Integrate Frontier AI solutions into client environments to enhance delivery and security.
• Lead business development and sales activities related to Application Security.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in application development and implementing software security solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in the Application Security field.
• Experience with security testing methodologies, including DAST, SAST, IAST, and SCA.
• Proficiency in threat modeling, vulnerability management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and general security, risk, and compliance best practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
