DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated Git-based deployment pipelines for reliable software releases.
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters across the environment using Rancher.
• Optimize network performance and security by configuring Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, routing rules).
• Monitor system health, application performance, and database stability using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, resolve downtime incidents, and write post-mortem reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud infrastructure roles.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Proficiency configuring and managing Cloudflare (WAF, DNS, caching).
• Extensive experience with Git deployments and CI/CD pipelines via GitLab.
• Deep knowledge of container orchestration using Rancher and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and focused during incidents.
