Cloud Security Engineer (Azure/GCP)

What you will do

• Oversee cloud security governance, monitoring, and cloud-native security controls.
• Maintain a Cloud Security Posture Management solution and support DSPM capabilities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, IT, development, and GRC teams as a Google Cloud security subject-matter expert.
• Conduct cloud security reviews and identify vulnerabilities, missing controls, and weak points.
• Document security recommendations and best practices, and support remediation efforts.
• Participate in incident investigations and automate security-related tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar technical security role.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of CSPM and DSPM solutions and cloud infrastructure security.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD, containers, serverless applications, and code or artifact repositories.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture, TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, Windows/Linux systems, and web or database servers.
• Basic Python or Shell scripting skills, basic AI knowledge, and effective spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS cloud.
• Relevant security, systems, or networking certifications.
• Hands-on experience with modern application development approaches.
