Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes/Go)

What you will do

• Take ownership of the overall performance and reliability of hirify.global’s production infrastructure.
• Monitor availability, capacity, and throughput to ensure 100% availability and stability.
• Integrate reliability improvements into the product roadmap and resolve critical bugs for support or sales requirements.
• Automate the deployment of scalable artifacts across all environments using scripts.
• Coordinate with the security team to monitor and remedy infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Drive effective incident response and overall issue avoidance.

Requirements

• Expertise in managed Kubernetes services (EKS, AKS, and GKE).
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), Terraform, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
• Strong experience in Go, Python/Shell scripting, and Linux operating system internals.
• Knowledge of cloud networking including Site-to-Site VPNs, Privatelinks, and Private Service connect.
• Experience using AI tools for code review, automation, incident analysis, and documentation.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to support the hybrid work model (2 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience working with SaaS products at scale.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Java.
