Incident Response Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; London, UK; New York City, United States; remote-friendly within the United States, with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Build the incident response management function, including processes, tooling, operational standards, policies, and escalation frameworks.
• Serve as an on-call incident commander for technical product and infrastructure incidents, including multiple simultaneous incidents.
• Coordinate engineering, product, security, legal, communications, go-to-market, and leadership stakeholders during high-severity events.
• Own internal and external incident communications, including status pages, customer outreach, and stakeholder updates.
• Lead blameless incident reviews and follow through on critical remediations.
• Use incident metrics, queries, and trend analysis to improve detection, response, and organizational learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incident management involving technical products or infrastructure.
• Experience building or significantly shaping an incident response program in a high-growth or evolving environment.
• Technical depth with cloud infrastructure incidents, distributed systems, monitoring tools, and logs.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, security, legal, communications, go-to-market, and executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or professional experience in a relevant field.
