Machine Learning Engineer

What you will do

• Understand and apply statistical, ML, and deep learning algorithms
• Analyze model errors and design strategies to improve performance
• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade ML models and pipelines
• Collaborate in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment
• Learn and grow across different industries using a modern tech stack

Requirements

• English: Excellent proficiency required for meetings and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in ML engineering
• Experience with Python and ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace
• CV must be submitted in English

Nice to have

• Experience building GenAI solutions including prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Experience with MLOps tools, especially AWS Sagemaker and MLFlow
• Skills in visualizing and manipulating large datasets
• Experience with NLP
