TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure): Designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure for a major international retail client with an accent on IaC, CI/CD automation, and observability. Focus on building highly available solutions, mentoring team members, and driving cloud engineering standards within an Agile environment.
Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Remote or Hybrid options available).
Salary: €3,700–€6,000 gross/month.

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Develop reusable automation for infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
- Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and logging solutions across Azure environments.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Must be based in Lithuania for this permanent role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and container platforms.
- Experience working in Agile teams with strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) experience.
- Proficiency with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
