What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Support and monitor production environments to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Handle incident management and lead root cause analysis for production issues.
• Collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders to enforce DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, or Poland
• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt).
• Proven troubleshooting skills in regulated production environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling.
• Familiarity with Amazon Connect.
• Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms like Salesforce.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
