Salary: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration/verification of water analysis instrumentation using company standard work.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for customers in municipal (drinking/wastewater) and industrial settings.
• Operate in diverse environments, including chemical plants, refineries, and food & beverage processing facilities, including NEC hazardous locations.
• Submit accurate service reports to track billing, inventory, and instrument failure history.
• Adhere to company safety policies and execute administrative activities to support service visits.
• Manage daily travel to customer sites within a 2-hour radius, including frequent overnight stays (65-75% of weekly travel).

Requirements

• HS Diploma required; Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in preventative maintenance and technical diagnostics/repair.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to rent vehicles and book hotels for business travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (US ONLY).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of field service experience or experience in customer-facing roles.
