What you will do

• Oversee finance and reporting across multiple legal entities, ensuring clean consolidation and statutory compliance.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes and controls to support rapid revenue and headcount growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and projections to provide strategic insights for senior management.
• Manage cash flow and working capital while optimizing cash management processes and banking relationships.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, focusing on FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing finance teams in regional or multi-entity settings.
• Native level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certifications are preferred.
• Proven expertise in group consolidations for large corporations or listed companies.
• Experience working in high-growth environments with the ability to adapt to fast-paced organizational changes.

• Experience with joint ventures or M&A integration.
