What you will do
- Coordinate the lifecycle of project planning applications, including configuration, upgrades, maintenance, health checks, and optimisation.
- Resolve user incidents by diagnosing software bugs, coordinating with developers and vendors, tracking tickets, and restoring services.
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides, and train internal users on planning software.
- Translate stakeholder business needs into technical specifications and support user acceptance testing, deployment, and requirements tracking.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, third-party developers, and vendors on system integrations.
- Develop and maintain small-scale tools, project reports, and PowerBI dashboards using data from analytic databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
- Operational understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Good skills in MS SQL and Python programming and frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate workflows, diagnose root causes of system errors, and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; strong communication, organisation, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
