What you will do

• Manage multiple high-impact footwear development projects from chirify.globalfirmatihirify.global to productihirify.global.
• Lead the end-to-end commercializatihirify.global process, ensuring product intent is preserved through the manufacturing cycle.
• Engineer products for optimal manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and high performance.
• Act as the primary liaishirify.global between inline development, productihirify.global teams, and strategic vendors.
• Collaborate with computatihirify.globalal designers hirify.global patterns and tooling to enhance fit and durability.
• Document complex tooling issues and define clear correctihirify.global actihirify.globals for manufacturing guidelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the footwear industry with a focus hirify.global innovatihirify.global.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Expert knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes including robotics, automatihirify.global, molding, injecting, and assembly.
• Proven ability to assess commercial viability and factory readiness of new technologies.
