Private Markets Solutions Strategist (Private Credit)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week in an hirify.global office

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus incentive pay

What you will do

• Develop launch and marketing plans for private markets products and custom strategies.
• Provide client-facing support for private markets portfolios, private funds, and custom solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, portfolio reviews, prospect pitches, and due diligence materials.
• Research market and client trends and develop tailored communications for private markets strategies.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, researchers, and strategists on positioning and product opportunities.
• Execute responsibilities efficiently while following corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in financial services or investment industry roles.
• Strong knowledge of private markets, including sub-asset classes, product structuring, and client demand; private credit experience is preferred.
• Understanding of macroeconomics and its relationship to private markets demand and product evolution.
• Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with portfolio and trade workflow systems such as Bloomberg and Aladdin.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• Graduate degree.
• CFA or CAIA designation.
