What you will do

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects to support the finance super app expansion.
• Manage licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, and operating plans.
• Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
• Convert high-level founder ideas into structured plans, timelines, and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Develop trackers, briefs, memos, and execution rhythms to maintain operational momentum.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand.
• Strong generalist profile with high ownership and sharp business judgement.
• Strong English communication (C1 level) and structured thinking.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and execute hands-on tasks without a pre-defined playbook.
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
• Capability to turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow through relentlessly.
