What you will do

• Define and execute the operational strategy for Colombia to support rapid growth and market expansion.
• Lead and scale high-performing teams across tele-sales, field ambassadors, collections, and ops support.
• Design organizational structures that balance speed, control, and scalability.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
• Establish operational KPIs and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making and risk management.
• Translate high-level business objectives into scalable operational processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations leadership, ideally within fintech or high-growth tech in LATAM.
• Proven experience scaling complex, multi-layered operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background managing revenue-impacting teams (sales, field teams, or collections).
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of operational metrics and unit economics.
• Conversational proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level and Board members.
