What you will do

• Act as a key legal advisor for the global institutional business, trading, and P2P platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory issues and structure sophisticated crypto financial products.
• Manage risks associated with the utilization and trading of digital assets by institutional clients.
• Collaborate with product and business development teams to ensure regulatory alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures governing institutional and P2P operations.

Requirements

• Law degree and eligibility to practice as an advocate.
• At least 7+ years of experience working at a law firm, digital assets firm, or top-tier financial institution.
• Proven track record in institutional trading operations, preferably within the digital assets sector.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills with the ability to navigate evolving legal landscapes.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating lending, credit, account control, custody, and delayed settlement agreements.
• Experience drafting playbooks and fallback guides.
