Salary: 200 AUD/hour plus a commission percentage of revenue

What you will do

• Act as a senior advisor to help clients solve critical technology challenges, including legacy modernization and core banking transitions.
• Leverage a deep industry network to identify and establish new strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Advise the leadership team on financial sector market trends to help shape service offerings.
• Guide clients through AI adoption and complex regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of deep expertise within the financial services sector.
• Previous experience in a very senior role (SVP, EVP, Managing Director, or C-suite) at a major financial services company or bank.
• A broad, active network of close relationships across banks, payment companies, insurers, hedge funds, and PE groups.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern FinTech tech stacks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for high-level discussions and thought leadership.
