What you will do

• Create high-quality Instagram Reels and TikToks using provided footage and brand assets.
• Develop engaging hooks, captions, and video formats tailored to parents of young children.
• Research and adapt current platform trends and competitor activity within the parenting space.
• Manage a content calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Analyze performance metrics such as reach, watch time, and engagement to optimize future content.
• Test and improve hooks, posting times, and calls to action for better conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing organic engagement and views on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proficiency in short-form storytelling, video editing, and copywriting.
• Technical understanding of platform analytics and performance optimization.
