What you will do

• Lead the development of PFDs, P&IDs, process descriptions, and equipment specifications for capital projects.
• Perform process calculations, mass/energy balances, and conduct technical feasibility studies.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, capacity, reliability, and cost performance.
• Support product commercialization by evaluating manufacturing readiness and process capabilities.
• Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), HAZOP studies, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.
• Collaborate with external engineering firms and vendors to ensure projects achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically associated with West Virginia).
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial processing environments.
• Proven track record of supporting capital projects from concept through startup.
• Experience developing comprehensive process engineering design packages and technical documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.
